Role Name:Sales Manager

Reports to: CEO

Primary Responsibilities KPIs
Generate Leads and convert  them to Sales Excellent lead-to-sale conversion ratio
Carrying out marketing and branding activities Increasing store footfall by creating marketing / branding campaigns that attract more customers to the showroom
Key Account Management Taking accountability for developing and maintaining key accounts
Monthly planning and monitoring of Sales activities Complete and accurate analysis of data
Shared Responsibilities KPIs
Creating a store experience in line with the Vision and Mission of Style Box Coordinating with the Showroom Team to ensure that an excellent showroom experience is being created
Maintain and monitor collection of payments Timely collection of pending payments

 

Main Purpose of Role: The Sales Manager’s primary focus will be to plan and execute the Sales process and ensure an excellent sales experience

Proven experience in managing Sales of multiple product lines simultaneously

Pre-requisite (experience, education, basic skills)

5+ years of retail experience, and 2 years of relevant experience working in a lifestyle showrooms

Salary:

5.5-6 lacs pa

 

Education: Post Graduate Degree
